Property Committee   Responsibilities:      1. To maintain all church property inside and outside including grounds          (grass-cutting, snow-removal, shrubs, flowers, etc.), equipment,          out buildings, picnic shelter, plumbing-maintenance, electrical-maintenance,          elevator-inspections, fire-alarm inspections, sound-systems and church-van.      2. Negotiate contracts for pre-school and daycare daily programs.      3. Complete any needed construction projects.      4. Update church property appraisals.      5.
